Price: * $80/person * $150/couple
We start off with some live fire cooking on the Burch Barrel with braided hog loins from Texas and all 12 flavors of seasoning from HuntChef line to sample.
We will then retire to the lodge for a demonstration on how to clean up your wild game heart and make some "chicken fried" heart bites that are delicious dipped in cocktail sauce.
Next up, Northern Pike fish tacos with a house made coleslaw and pineapple salsa.
Then we will enjoy learning how to make Buffalo Wild Turkey with Mac-n-Cheese and bleu cheese dressing.
We will demonstrate how to make a simple easy rustic Buffalo pot pie.
For the last small plate of the evening, we will show you how to make a ham from your Elk/Venison roast, using HuntChef ham kit, then turn that into a delicious Monte Cristo with a chokecherry jalapeno jam to dip into.
Finishing up with a nice little dessert of housemade flan with HuntChef coffee and wine pairings throughout the demonstrations.
The evening will consist of demonstrations and "hunt chats" through each plate made. There will be enough for everyone to try out these dishes as a sampling.
